How quickly do I get paid after completing a job? ↓
Payment is processed within 3-5 business days of job completion and invoice submission. Most drivers receive payment via ACH transfer directly to their business account.
What happens if my truck has downtime or maintenance? ↓
We understand equipment downtime happens. While your truck is being serviced, we work with you to potentially use backup equipment or reassign loads. Planned maintenance won't affect your partnership status.
Can I work with other companies while partnering with ONETA-JA? ↓
Yes! You can take loads from other sources. However, we ask that you maintain at least 70% utilization with ONETA-JA loads to ensure service quality for our clients.
What's the minimum truck age and condition requirement? ↓
We prefer trucks 0-3 years old for premium routes. Trucks up to 5 years old may be approved for regional work. All trucks must pass DOT inspection and be well-maintained. We'll inspect your equipment as part of the verification process.
How are loads assigned and how much notice do I get? ↓
Our dispatch team sends load offers based on your truck type, availability, and location. You typically get 24-48 hours notice for loads. You can accept or decline loads based on your schedule. Most loads are assigned with details on pickup, delivery, pay, and timeline.
What support does ONETA-JA provide to partner drivers? ↓
Our dedicated dispatch team provides 24/7 support. You'll have a primary account manager who helps with load optimization, problem-solving, and business growth. We provide training on our systems, and you have direct access to our customer service team for client communication.
